Quality Testing

We use only the highest quality ingredients in our products and have contracted with an ISO accredited third-party lab to verify the cannabinoid profile and overall cleanliness of the hemp used in Milestone Hemp smokables. We proudly display the original lab results right here on our website.

See LAB REPORTS below!

Cannabinoid Profile

We have invested significant resources to identify and use only the best hemp in our products and the primary driver in our search was cannabinoid profile. Not only does our product contain high amounts of premium quality CBD, but it also contains other cannabinoids such as CBG, CBN, CBC and even trace-amounts of THC (but not enough to get you “high”!). It is important to have a varied cannabinoid profile so that our customers can experience the full benefit of the entire hemp plant, commonly referred to as the “entourage effect.”

Organic

Here at Milestone Hemp, we use only USDA certified organic hemp in our products. We obtain and keep on record all relevant licenses and registrations from our farming partner to ensure that they are in good standing on their USDA certifications. In addition, we independently test through a third-party accredited lab for pesticides to insure that no harmful chemicals are included in our products.

Clean

Not only are our products tested to confirm they do not contain any pesticides, but we also obtain a full-panel screening to insure they do not contain any microbials, mycotoxins heavy metals or other foreign materials (such as dirt, mold, insect fragments, etc.).

Disclaimer:
Our products are made with 100% organic hemp and are in compliance with the Agricultural Act (2014 Farm Bill and 2018 Farm Bill updates) and Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 in conformance with California Food and Agricultural Code, Division 24, §81001, et seq., and Oregon Revised Statutes §557.010, et seq. and all other application federal, state and local regulations. The 2018 Farm Bill changed the definition of “marihuana” in the Control Substance Act (CSA) to specifically exempt hemp. Section 10113 of the bill added “Hemp Production” to the list of legitimate domestic agricultural activities, and used a definition of “Hemp” very similar to the definition of “Industrial Hemp” that had been in the 2014 Farm Bill:““[H]emp” means the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis.” See Section 297A of the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018.Section 12619 of the bill Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 then amended 21 U.S.C. § 802(16), the CSA definition of “marihuana,” to add that “‘marihuana’ does not include . . . hemp, as defined” in Section 10113. As such, for the first time under federal law, Hemp is no longer a controlled substance.
